Because water is very important for fat burning. It is not good to consume too much sugary foods and drinks in sahur. Because we will be fasting during the day, we need a lot of water. And it causes us not to take in extra calories.
Things to do in Iftar
Our body feels a lot of hunger after being hungry all day long. In this case, we need to be more careful and remember that we are dieting and eat accordingly. First of all, we should start with the soup and we should not tire our stomach. Afterwards, we should eat about eight spoons of the main meal and if there is rice or pasta on the table, we should not consume bread. We should drink plenty of water and take a walk after iftar.
