½ pound broccoli
1 medium onion
1 piece of carrot
5 tablespoons of oil

Preparation of
Wash the broccoli well in plenty of water. Divide into small sized trees. Add oil to the pan and heat it. Finely chop the onions and add them to the pot and fry until they turn pink.
