Add the yeast and salt to the warm milk. When the yeast melts, add the flour little by little and get a soft dough. Leave the dough to ferment. Hot water can be placed at the bottom of the pot to accelerate the fermentation. Take walnut-sized pieces from the fermented dough and form meringues. Mini Whole Wheat Bread
2 cups semi-skimmed milk
1 teaspoon of honey

4-5 cups of whole wheat flour

After kneading well, we get a dough that does not stick to the hand and leave it to ferment for 35-40 minutes. Additional Information: You can increase or decrease whole wheat flour by eye. You can reduce the honey according to your desire.
